The first Back Bay Skippers regatta was held in 2008. Here we will be tracing the history of the club through the awards that have been earned by its members. From the beginning to the present, Mark Whitehead has been our Commodore, starting the club, and steadily building it over the years. The club has been lucky in that our Commodore is also an expert woodcarver, so many of the awards are his creations.
