We’re not a stuffy museum that just has boats and exhibits. We’re family and kid friendly too. While you’re inspecting the exhibits, your young kids can have a blast hanging out at our Family Activity Center. In fact, entire families can enjoy the activities as well.
Build a virtual canoe – and then
see if it sinks or floats.
Go on a scavenger hunt to find special objects throughout the Museum. The winner becomes a Junior Admiral.
Try your hand at knot tying or other
skills at the Family Activity Stations around the Museum.
Practice your artistic skills by coloring boating scenes.
Challenge your creativity by building boats and other items with Legos.
Play I-Spy and other games
with your entire family.
The brook trout is
fresh water game fish.
“The New Hampshire Boat Museum has a number of appealing and fun activities for kids (coloring, I-Spy, computer designing boats, etc.),
and our kids really loved them.”
