DESCRIPTION:Be all set for boating season and get your NH license early. NH
  Marine Patrol's course covers a variety of topics including boat navigati
 on\, boat safety equipment\, invasive aquatic species along with laws and 
 rules.  Upon successful completion of the course\, student will leave wit
 h a boating certificate.  Everyone 16 years of age and older who operate 
 a motorboat over 25 horsepower on New Hampshire waters must have a valid b
 oating education certificate.  Students may register and take the course 
 at 15 years old\, although a boating education certificate will not be iss
