The contributions made by our members and volunteers help preserve and protect our boating history by advancing the Museum’s mission and helping to achieve its goals.

Volunteer

The New Hampshire Boat Museum encourages community involvement and needs the support of volunteers donating their time, expertise, enthusiasm and energy. Since our inception, volunteers have been vital to our success. Every year almost 200 NHBM volunteers contribute thousands of hours to develop and implement our many events and programs.

Boat & Item Donations or Loans

The best way to learn more about donating or loaning your boat or other related nautical items to The New Hampshire Boat Museum is by calling Lisa Simpson Lutts at 603-569-4554. Lisa will work with you and explain the complete donation process and help determine if donating or loaning your boat or other items is best for you – and the New Hampshire Boat Museum.
