Alalou II

Alalou II is one of the most historic boats on Lake Winnipesaukee.  It was shipped directly from the Chris Craft factory to Lake Winnipesaukee for the leader of the Free Republic of China, Chiang Kai-Shek. Chris Craft published a book titled Mahogany Memories where it describes Alalou II as being one of only five custom model 212 hulls ever made.  The boat still has the original hardware and gauges.  It also has a Crusader 454 marine motor that was installed by founder of the New Hampshire Boat Museum, George Johnson.  Alalou II has won many local ACBS awards at boat shows over the years.   It is currently owned by Mike & Sue McSwain of Wolfeboro Falls.
