Boat Summary:

  • Built in 2013,the boat is a 1928 design Hacker, Gentleman’s Runabout 16′. The hull is cold molded double planked sides and triple planked bottom, with ribbon stripe Sapele deck.  Power is a completely restored 215 cu. in. Buick V8 (Gray Marine) all aluminum engine with a closed cooling system. Only 15 engine hours.  Power is transferred via a 1:1 ratio C-71 Borg Warner Velvet Drive transmission, 1 inch monel stainless shaft and 3 blade 12 x 15 Nibral propeller.  The boat runs nice and is capable of 40+mph. The boat comes with a custom fit mooring cover and galvanized trailer, road worthy and ready to go!
